Knew this was a possibility someday cause of genetics, but it’s so fucked how it can just randomly creep up on you at any age.

Tried going gluten free for 1-2 months in high school to see if it was related to skin flareups back then and it wasn’t….but that was like 7-8 years ago (oh god that long?)

I then a few hours later to test tried a tiny TV dinner that had a small amount of *breaded* chicken in it and that completely started making me feel shit again within 30 mins

It gets so bad that I mostly just stay in bed or at least can’t move much. My body tries to throw it up and it just can’t

I wish I could just ignore it and keep up my previous eating habits, but I’m convinced this is what’s wrong. I bought one box of gluten free pasta yesterday, cooked it up, downed a couple bowls of it, and it was the best I’ve felt after a meal in a decent bit, no complaints

This is really stressing me out cause I already have many other issues going on, and now you’re telling me I can’t eat like 90% of what I have??? A lot of my safe foods are pasta and bread related, and taking a quick grocery trip yesterday, that shit is so much more expensive GF, I can’t afford it

Past month I’ve been gradually having worse and worse digestive issues after I eat, and after experimenting, it’s always gluten that leaves me completely out of commission for hours after I eat it
