The Democratic establishment will literally never make it easy for working class people to beat the GOP establishment, because they're in bed with the GOP and they rigged the Dem's intra-party dynamics to keep co-opting movements, suppressing dissent, and fracturing coalitions while acting innocent.

Democrats have had no long-term plans for 40 years to achieve their alleged goals. All they do is fundraise by saying "we're not Reagan/Bush/Trump."
