Beef sesame stir fry.
Foil baked fish over zucchini, ok onion, & yellow squash.
Chicken cordon bleu w/ mashed cauliflower & asparagus.

Baked flounder w/brocolini & zucchini.
Chunky Mississippi roast.
Pork chops, green beans and low cal pasta w/creamy porcchini sauce.
Steak w/hoisen mushrooms, creamed cauliflower, lemon pepper asparagus, and asian inspired roasted brussel sprouts.

Meatloaf, blackened pork chops, and steak with mushrooms.

Southern Orange chicken and rice.

Still need that yeen to hump that giant peen

Preparing a roast. 4 lbs beef shoulder, onions, corn, mushrooms, bell pepper, carrots, potatoes, crumbled cauliflower (dissolves after 8 hours so thickens the gravy plus fiber), thyme, sage, and rosemary, little bit of butter and some seasonings, 8 hours on high.

Less diety food. Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans, grilled tequila lime chicken with black beans, guac, green beans n mushrooms, pistachio n mint pesto pasta with pork tenderloin, champagne chicken over rice.

Most my stuff is low carb (not keto) for my diet, but once a week i can get carbs. Pork tenderloin over fajita veggies, simple steak, mushrooms and green beans, chicken and veggies, pork chops with mashed cauliflower, green beans.

Roasted lemon herb chicken with asparagus and baked sweet potato, butterflied hoysin porkchop w/ green beans and spinach, meatloaf with pepper jack cheese center, and grouper and buttered dill sauce with veggies

Some fresh buttermilk cornbread, kung pao chicken with egg roll insides, ny strip steak with asparagus and creamed cauliflower, and heavily covered Salisbury steak with roasted zucchini and creamed cauliflower.

Slow cooker pulled pork, an arabic chicken n rice dish, rainbow trout with pasta n clam sauce and tomato salad, and pork chips with asparagus n mushrooms.

Some recent meals. Tangy pork n veggies stir fry, some general tso's flavored steak and noodles, a southern mix, and peach pie.

I won't be able to go to FWA. Here's the newish Waya head. Sorry didn't get to brush it first, and just ran upstairs to cut out the inside stuff so I could put it on for this.

Cooked some southern food earlier this week with porkchops and pepper mushroom gravy.

Made some chinese stir fry with some flank steak last night.

More recent dishes: beef with broccoli, pork ribs with dr.pepper baked beans, pork chop, and some pork tenderloin with a lemon and thyme cream sauce.

Some recent meals: swordfish, meatloaf, rainbow trout, and NY strip steak.

Returned back to the Florence renfair. Picture from 9 years ago vs 2 pics from 2 days ago.

I havent posted in last year. My puppy Anubis was shot and killed by a redneck cop in late January. Have new puppies to take care of. But ive kinda lost my momentum since then.
