This allows the community to directly align their own experimental multimodal data to the common coordinate space of the atlas, see example:
1/3 This atlas was created by whole-brain imaging of multiple blackcap brains using serial-section two-photon tomography, followed by average template construction and expert anatomical and functional segmentation.
