of course, that word hasn't been banned anywhere & still appears in the titles of famous movies and such, but it is known to be hurtful to those with psychosis or similar disorders. (there are other slang words like that which are more widely known as offensive now, but I'd rather not say them lol)

hmmm.... english does have slang words that are seen as derogatory for those who have mental illnesses or mental disabilities, though they're usually shortened versions of actual medical terms and just "crazy" or "insane" is fine. maybe the english equivalent would be something like "psycho"?

the comic continues. taken aback, asriel reevaluates. “Fine. Okay. It was your fault. But-“ Chara continues to pick flowers. Asriel looks down, then starts again with more conviction. “It wasn’t your fault, and, I love you.” Chara finally turns around, shocked. in the final panel we now see only flowey speaking to the empty air. he repeats “It was your fault, and I love you.”
