A video game battle scene. The image vaguely resembles the final battle of the game Breath of Fire 3, with the characters replaced by Deltarune characters. The enemy is a waist down frozen goddess-like figure. The frozen part is cracked an reveals a living reindeer skull with glowing eyes and misty breath. Above the waist, she looks like an antropomorphic reindeer, but grotesquely overgrown red antlers and golden flowing hair. Above her floats a crown of thorns and she looks peaceful with her eyes closed. The heroes are Kris - human teen, Ralsei - a goat boy, and Susie - a large lizard/hippo girl. From first to last they are armed with a sword, a scarf and an axe. Heads up display shows everyone's health and names. The enemy is labelled as, "angel."

I really love Rune of Delta 3. I always found it strange though, how they brought back canonical Noelle from the first game, but her character is completely different.

I wish deltarune had more files I want to have saves at the beginning of each sword route segment so I can play them over and over

yeah that's where my head is at too. I think it's very possible the meaning of the prophecy will change based on the route- even though weird route is "the forbidden path" it's still pre-determined in some way, otherwise ralsei wouldnt know about it and mantle wouldnt exist.

I agree the fact that only kris can and will equip both parts of the ribbon (+ the stats thing) is probably significant, but we still can only guess why that is lol

I dont think either of us can claim to "know" more than anyone else. I think there's something to the ribbons in general and the princess ribbon has very conspicuous flavor text, likewise the idea of connecting kris to the patience soul is interesting, but they're both only theories

seems like a weird way to do a misdirect. idk I think toby would think of something smarter than just using grammar wrong

I see this and that is weird, but it would also be really confusing and it seems incorrect to have two different people referred to as "THE girl"

and how/where is it implied that "the girl" and "the monster" are different people?

so why would the first mention of the girl be paired with the rude buster icon then
