Yonsia logged into their account one day and got hit with a prompt that they had been INSTANTLY PERMANENTLY banned for the use of AI in their art. Fur Affinity had no proof of this, yet accused Yonsia of "fraudulently selling users AI generates or Assisted content in large quantities." A SERIOUS allegation. (Telling them they broke the law). This is how it all started WEEKS AGO near September 25th.

This was the first e-mail exchanged between Yonsia and FA in regard to this incident. They told Yons that they've reviewed their gallery with other "artists" (ok? What accredidations do they have? How are they AI use experts??) and deemed to have been mostly generated or edited with the use of AI. In short, they were instantly banned because they were reported, and someone (or a handful people) assumed their art was AI assisted/ generated.

After accusing and banning them for breaking laws and using artificial intelligence to illegally sell art, FA asks for proof to prove their innocence (guilty with no proof until you prove your innocence?? Kinda backwards..) they exchange a bit and FA asks for 3 titles to be proven VIA recording.

After Yonsia sent in a Google drive with 4 recorded examples as well as 10+ files of complete art, they respond, putting them on hold for 2 days and then ultimately saying they still believed Yonsia used AI in their art. In the comments right below this message, I will be putting one of the NSFW speedpaints in question sent as proof of Yonsias art abilities.

It's way more classist and ableist to destroy one of the few jobs available to disabled people, which is what AI does. Creative jobs are a lifeline for so many disabled people, and these jobs are being eaten by AI.
