Fat people exist, and yes, people do think fat people are hot. I don’t care if “canonically” a character is a skinny beanpole and a robot so fat is “weird and illogical”, I’ll draw them fat if I want to. And the why shouldn’t be assumed to be the worst on mere principle of fat being visibly present.

Erotic fat artists rarely if ever get the same kind of defense from fellow erotic creators on basis of “ew it’s *too* weird” or often what amounts to frankly fatphobic excuses.

If your fellow kinky weirdos circle excludes and/or shames erotic fat artists, I want nothing to do it.

If you depict a thin character as fat, getting resistance is very common. Everything from “lol why tho???” to being “um alshually’d” about how it goes against canon or that it’s illogical. God forbid you think fat bodies aren’t unsightly and you don’t cave into diet culture.

When confronted with art depicting fatness, you either get accused of it being erotic on mere principal of it depicting a fat person, or that if it’s intentionally erotic it’s basically not seen as erotic enough.

Adding to this since I have a lot to say.

It’s not uncommon for fantastical erotic scenarios that amount to worship of the fat body to be seen as a joke at best and often actively excluded and shunned from efforts against censorship and erotic communities.
