Like. What is potentialy few years lost when I wasnt supposed to be there for a few times… also thanks to being fatshamed my whole life. People care only when its uncomfy for them to watch for their own believes, not when someone actually suffer.

I deliberatery did poke in it over month to get to this stage of acceptance and I first time feel hot and myself. I was afraid of people reactions, the “its unhealthy” comments. But why would I care? Being in constant anxiety and stress was way more unhealthy - and nobody did care, ever.

Its wild how this kink can root so deep. For me, started fully at 8 yo. 20 years of living with guilt, shame, self hate. Starving myself over fear of food feeling too good that I would give up to it. Anxiety disorder, 24/7. Then, letting go - and its silent. First time in my life. #feederism #gainer
