To solve a problem, you need to remove the cause, not the symptom.
People tend to be focused on addressing the "symptom" of issues, thinking it'll make the "cause" less of an issue
The problem isn't the symptom; the root cause is fueling the symptom
Blaming the symptom is protecting the cause & justifying it to shift focus/blame & the opposite of problem solving
