📢 Notice - As my health has failed to improve and I missed last week's update, I am announcing that weekend updates will be put on pause. It's not a complete hiatus, but I am not able to keep up with my update pace in my current state. I hope to have something exciting to show when updates resume.

Hello all! No update this week unfortunately. My health hasn't been the best for some time, and I am unable to make as much progress as I would like. If things continue, I may go on hiatus. I will announce it if it comes down to it. Hopefully I will be better with a bit more time to rest.

Weekend Update 🃏 - Text only this week. Working on the code to support the card system. Lots of texture loading, so I've been doing some research into how Godot handles resources and caching. Hopefully I won't blow anyone's computer up but also keep it a smooth experience. #indiegame #indiedev
