I’m not particularly worried about Newsom being the Dem front runner 3.5 years out. The apparent front runners at this point in the cycle never make it and someone else emerges for the election. So let Gavin get Trump and the blood clot riled up and quit worrying about who’s going to run in 3 years.

SEC sues Elon Musk, says he didn't disclose Twitter ownership on time before purchase The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission says Musk failed to disclose his ownership of Twitter stock in a timely manner before buying the site and underpaid by $150 million for shares he bought.

Musk just never stops making news. The SEC has sued him, alleging that in early 2022, he didn't disclose his purchase of 5% of Twitter as required by securities law.

His disclosure came 11 days late. As a result, it alleges, Musk was able to underpay "by at least $150 million" for shares he bought.
