then i wonder why i feel so alienated and behind peers my age and people in general and im like fuuuckkk... the developmental delay is real i have an actual disability that went unchecked for two decades it makes sense but damn.... imagine if things were different. oh well

not to get too real but realizing and remembering adhd is a developmental disorder is so crazyyy i think bc i had the classic Woman Experience of only being diagnosed in my 20s after fighting for it and even now my only support for it really is meds and self-help resources

i get the appeal but i have a peasant's heart and soul. it's nice for the social aspect for sure but spending 2-3 hours on dinner is so crazy to me right. like ill be real i got shit to do i gotta go like...mow my hay and sleep i'm fine with just the bowl of gruel
