There’s no one to appeal to. The Supreme Court is the end of the road. But he’ll probably take some other illegal action to get the same result. He DGAS.

I’m not aware of such a tort. I would see a problem with standing, but I’m not familiar with this area of law.

The Supreme Court has just ruled that Tr*mp’s global tariffs under IEEPA are illegal. But earlier they ruled that he’s immune from criminal prosecution for any ”official acts” he takes. Since imposing tariffs is clearly an official act, where does that leave us?
