02.12.2025 20:23 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0This project was led by the amazing @dennyschaedig.bsky.social, who can answer questions about the tool. We also thank @drkoraly.bsky.social and Nadine Melhem for their contributions to the samples tested and Lucca Pollonini for his engineering knowledge!
02.12.2025 20:23 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0The HRfunc website HRfunc.org is loaded with user tutorials and video guides for new users! This is where you can submit your own HRFs to be shared with the NIRS community. Follow @hrfunc.org on Bluesky for additions to the HRtree library as user submissions become available.
02.12.2025 20:23 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0HRfunc is a freely available tool that estimates a HRF based on your own study sample. The companion HRtree allows users to submit their HRFs, share with others, and search for HRFs based on sample characteristics and task. We hope this tool is a step in harmonizing and standardizing fNRIS studies.

22.09.2025 14:37 β π 10 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Yesterday was a good day for me, @drperlman.bsky.social and our trainees.
We had TWO supplements reinstated by NIMH!
But, you have to ask, why make our youngest scientists have to deal with these uncertainties and personal rebukes?
My lab is happy to have our research assistant position reposted after it was taken down due to funding concerns. Ideal for recent graduates interested in child neurodevelopment lab experience for gradschool or medschool.
