I don’t think people quite understand that the occupation by ICE in the Twin Cities has more or less erased non-white people from public life. They cannot safely exist in any space accessible to the public and moving between private places leaves folks vulnerable to kidnapping by armed masked goons.

Yesterday, President Donald Trump signed an executive order revoking Executive Order 11246, which was established in 1965 by President Lyndon B. Johnson to prohibit discrimination in employment federal jobs based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

And now it’s gone. 60 years. Gone.

Trump has previously said he wants the death penalty for drug dealers, but then pardons Ross Ulbricht, the creator of a black market business that facilitated $183 million in illegal drug transactions. I guess the color of your skin really does matter.
