5. Some days, “chomp chomp” means hanging up the washing, other days it’s writing a single email. It’s about valuing any progress, no matter how small.

It’s a way to be kind to myself while still moving forward. #chronicillness

4. Were these massive accomplishments? Nope. But they mattered. These tasks needed doing, and by taking just a couple of chomps, I made progress

3. Today, I had a terrible #flareup —one of those days I could’ve easily curled up and done nothing. But I didn’t. Instead, I:
📦 Packed one box of living room knick-knacks
📁 Sorted through a small pile of paperwork

2. The idea isn’t new, but naming it helps me stick with it. When I feel stuck or unwell, instead of focusing on the mountain of things to do, I focus on just one bite.

1. I’ve adopted a new mantra that’s working wonders for me: Chomp Chomp. 🐊
It’s all about taking small bites out of big tasks, even when life feels overwhelming. A thread: 🧵
