The #transrightsreadathon is just around the corner so I thought I'd remind everyone of how gender-not-normal my books are, and will continue to be regardless of any societal pressures or repercussions.

He’s never broken a curse in his life, and given the mysterious circumstances of this one, he might even die before summer ends. A patron today was gently encouraging her child to let me scan her books and she was like "you gotta give them to her— er, him— uh, sorry, them?" and obvs I appreciate the correction when she saw my pronoun pin but the confusion fuels me. I thrive on being as ambiguous as possible 🙂‍↕️
