How long have you been volunteering with us?
I have just recently celebrated one year of volunteering for ANDPA.

(cont.)When I first heard about the creation of ANDPA I saw the value it could bring to the GLAMR industries, and I wanted to be able to contribute to making a difference.

What inspired you to volunteer with ANDPA?
Due to my lived experience as a neurodivergent individual I care about creating more inclusive environments in libraries, both for patrons and employees and have a personal interest in making these spaces more inclusive for autistic individuals.

This statement serves as a reminder of our collective responsibility to stand with those who experience systemic exclusion or discrimination.
