A key lesson I’ve learned as a manager is situational leadership. Managing everyone the same doesn’t work.

People vary in skill and motivation for tasks. High skill, high will workers need empowerment, while low skill, low will workers need clear direction and guidance.

One feature I find missing on #Bluesky is the ability to save or bookmark posts for later reference. A functionality to save or highlight posts would significantly enhance user experience by enabling efficient content curation and retrieval.
