Lowkey it actually does feel a lot like cheesecake genuinely, at least with the yoghurt and biscuits I use, if you let it sit overnight, I was surprised. But only if you cram an ungodly amount of sweet enough cookies.

It might be a me thing bc I'm weak in general to any desserts that a) have a soft cookie element in something creamy, b) isn't too sweet, so this ended up seriously hitting the spot for me.

I do also cram quite a lot of cookies so it's not like it's low calorie but who gaf
