Legs today, I definitely tweaked something in my butt on deadlifts. I went up in weight too fast. Definitely gonna be dropping it back down and holding it there til I feel for sure comfortable moving it.

With the free time you get + a good paying job I would kill for that. But that's me. Finding what makes you fulfilled is not easy, but it's out there.
