For the Claude Code nerds here; Dex Horthy's Twelve Factor Agents & Context Engineering talk inspired me to get Claude working hard on a 1mil+ token sesh over 100 minutes and counting.

I finally feel comfortable in that SWE as we know it might be a little bit different next year.
