I would LOVE to see some numbers on how many people cancelled Gamepass in response to the price hike.

Nazis are openly calling for violence against trans people under the assumption the shooter was trans.

For sure- to be clear I think treating them poorly is not okay. You shouldn't yell at them or insult them. But wasting their time? Absolutely. Sucks that it will make their work day harder but it is what it ks.

Fully get what you're saying, call center folks are people and don't deserve abuse. They aren't decision makers.

But its also important to remember that when you're working for them you have to take some of the hits. They need to be mad at their bosses. Otherwise, they're just shields.
