earlier today i received copyright claims by roblox for 2 versions of the domino crown that i uploaded, and i stupidly just accepted the claim without reading the last part of the claims

i did use a head scale in blender, although for some reason when i tried making the mesh into an accessory and converted it, it seemed normal but when i put it into a rig, it resized similar to the left side of the picture (this was after i uploaded the hat and found it it was resized incorrectly)

so i got scammed by roblox cuz i tried reuploading a ugc hat i made for myself as a normal hat instead of a classic hat (the reuploaded hat i made is on the right, the left side is the one i just uploaded)
if anyone can tell me if i can refund this id appreciate it
