All I can think of domestically is the Jägermeister Cup branding!

I'm a definitely a huge sucker for underrated color combos like this one!

It's certainly not an American Nottingham Forest crest anymore, so that's one thing!

Unfortunately, I do not know anything about the kits. The t-shirts sold at the brand unveiling were white, navy blue, & brown, though, so that may be a good indicator

Right?!?

I was rooting for an orange and green color scheme. I feel like that would've made for a very bold look

I took part in a focus group to build this new brand, and I stressed the importance of bridging the Beavers/Ducks college rivalry in this part of Oregon 🦫🦆

I'd say this brand did a good job of transcending that rivalry w/a neutral, regional name & a color scheme that doesn't have green or orange!

Last night, I attended the brand launch party for Eugene's new USL team and honestly felt pretty underwhelmed :/

While I really like the unique color scheme and the concept as a whole, I feel like it still looks unfinished & is missing some depth & cohesion in the design 🏔️🏞️

Welcome to the 2nd season of Monterey Bay FC Kits!

I'll be designing a new MBFC kit design for every win or draw during the 2025 USLC season ⚽

These concepts are made on Illustrator, rendered using CLO 3D, and continues the visual journey through the communities, cultures, & events in the 831 🥬🌊

I haven't posted here in quite a while, but now I'm back with more time to design passion projects, including this one I'm starting pretty soon! :)

My old site had lots of empty space that didn't contribute much, so my new site takes full advantage of this valuable real estate!

Each case study now features large visuals showing the process & the final product with some sprinkles of animation & interactivity, as well as a lot more orange!

While the public usually only sees the flashy final graphics, my new portfolio aims to give a BTS look into a project's entire life cycle

In late January, I had a portfolio review session with a Nike design director who suggested focusing more on my design process rather than the final products

In the few months since then, I've been working on a complete overhaul of my portfolio site!

I always choose a window seat, any day!

On a really clear day, it's so satisfying seeing all the Cascade peaks lined up! 🏔️

They haven't really been sticking to the posting schedule, either 😬

The one for NY/NJ was supposed to be revealed today, but they only came out with a teaser for a reveal that will be a day later

I've really been enjoying the whole series of World Cup posters, and I'm kinda sad they're not getting more attention :(

A psychedelic-inspired brand for a fictional soccer team based in Berkeley, CA

I figured this is an appropriate to dig into my design archives for some of my old work combining Bay Area sports with psychedelic design!

One is a poster design for a college project while the other is a Berkeley soccer team project for my fictional California Soccer League Two concept series

While I wish they brought the psychedelic typography [from the sleeve patch] to the rest of the jersey, the new City Connect jersey for the Giants is really growing on me! 🔮📀

Overall, I think this is a MASSIVE upgrade from the old fog/Golden Gate Bridge City Connect jerseys

Deadass, I nearly had a shopping cart collision with some dude in a camo shirt but honestly, how would I have seen him coming? 🤷

I never had luck finding jerseys in stores back home in California, but now I've found them twice in Oregon!

The other time was finding a whole bunch of Anaheim Ducks jerseys deep in OREGON Ducks country 😂

I usually have pretty bad luck with finding jerseys at Ross/TJMaxx/Marshalls kinda stores, but I hit the jackpot today!

I paid $60 for both of these 2024 Timbers kits, which originally retailed for $100 EACH 🌲⚽

I had to digitize the new USL Championship number font for a few upcoming projects, and it is one CLUNKY font 😬

(I included the few reference shots that I used to sketch the general number shapes out of)
