The less you panic and the more community-build — the more effective you’ll survive, even if system stops recognize you as equal human being.

A lot of my friends who stays in Russia constantly threaten, helps each other out and use help from abroad.
The whole tragedy showed, how valuable connections are, try to build them now

When system betrays you, your people don’t, horizontal activism is natural response for authoritarian tendencies
Preferably look at not-very-popular options: when everybody ran from Russia’s repressions to Georgia, I flew to Cambodia in near-empty plane.
There always tickets to Cambodia, that means you can decide to fly and be there in several days.
Don’t rush it, right now nothing bad happened
You need a valid passport and other documents to fly away if they made you meds inaccessible or do other repressive stuff you can’t handle.
Make a list of cheap countries. Include Asia and near-Europe in it.
Do research on your rights there, visas and medical care
