ICE agents stalked a high school intern, took his photo, then surrounded a RI judge’s car and threatened to smash the windows to pull him out. They had misidentified him — and they did not care.

If these billionaires cared about people over profits, they wouldn’t pay ANY of their employees so low that they qualify for public benefits.

Republicans have decided that forcing states to scramble to feed people by Nov 1 is a better option than sitting down with Democrats and negotiating to get the government out of this shutdown.

Why?

Because they desperately want to line the pockets of their billionaire buddies.

It would cost RI roughly $1 Million a day to fund SNAP without the federal government…

SNAP benefits will not go out Nov. 1 because the President is only willing to illegally fund ICE and not food for 40 Million Americans.

The President’s authorities under Article II are limited to responding to an armed attack/the threat of one and do not apply here.

These continued strikes — 27 killed to date — risk getting the U.S. into a full fledged war.

We have now struck 5 boats in the Caribbean illegally for allegedly smuggling drugs.

At this point congress is condoning this behavior.

The “war” has always been against Black and brown people, poor people, immigrants, and women.

But they have now created the conditions to execute this hate and future extremist hate campaigns using SCOTUS and the law.
