Hi Phil, both Stripe-sided and Stripe-breasted Rhabdornis seen… yes to Philippine Eagle, we had prolonged views at Mt. Kitanglad of a pair of adults, in flight and perched in trees, great scope views, one carrying prey and distant calls of a juvenile, short wait after the hike up to the viewpoint 😎
