The only people who are now eligible for covid vaccines are those aged over 75, elderly care home residents, and people who are severely immunosuppressed (people with HIV, SCID, undergoing radical radiotherapy, etc).

This year, the NHS has severely limited its list of who is eligible for a covid vaccine. The press release says it's because it's "now a relatively mild disease", meaning those with long term conditions like cystic fibrosis no longer need to be vaccinated.

Haha I went and looked it up after this, because I was pretty sure it didn't fit the definition, and yup! Scottish banknotes aren't legal tender in England. Still annoying that the shop wouldn't take it though.
