Last night I visited HS2 in H&F🏗️

Good to see progress at Old Oak Common: this hub will connect our Borough to the rest of the country & bring new homes, jobs, & investment.

I will continue to work with HS2 to ensure it delivers tangible benefits for our neighbourhoods & protects our green spaces.

Train company LNER 'extremely proud' of rail worker in critical condition after mass stabbing as family call him 'hero' The "extraordinary bravery" of the LNER worker who intervened during the train mass stabbing attack on Saturday has been hailed by his company.

I watched with genuine anger as some on social media speculated (and hoped) that the perpetrator might be from a specific origin or religious background, to politicise these attacks.

I hope these same individuals will join the Nation in honouring Samir Zitouni’s bravery and saving countless lives.

The sheer scale and lack of grave of the proposed ballroom (a typical example of the belief that bigger taller wider always means more refined), coupled with Apple’s donations and the tech sector’s capitulation, truly disappoints me.

Let them eat apple pies.
