Das ist für mich - zumindest bezüglich der Schulen - neu. Ich ging davon aus, dass gerade bei Schulen Lehrer*innen aus dem Ausland keine Chance haben. Liege ich falsch?

If I understood your question correctly, you need a mixed effects ANOVA with your different DVs as a within factor. Then, if your IV is significant, but not the interaction term, it doesn't matter that not all DVs have a significant impact, you report just the main effect of the IV for all DVs.
