The sleeves these cards live in have unique wear patterns on them, so when I resleeve everything after taking a photo. it's another puzzle to put them away too!

Path to Exile [TSR] Crimp

There's something about finding a misprint on a rare version of a card that is so satisfying. On average, you would find ~1.33 foils per box of Time Spiral Remastered.

Miscut pack [HML] Miscut

I opened a Homelands booster pack (they had 8 cards back then!) from my LGS that had two normal uncommons, but the rest were severely miscut. There was also a strange collation error, because there were two pairs of duplicates!

Clue Token [SOI] Perforation Test

This token from Shadows Over Innistrad (2016) has the Eternalize/Exerted perforations from Hour of Devastation (2017)! The final HOU tokens had perforations placed slightly lower than this test card shows.

This is going straight into my Type 4 stack: where everyone has infinite mana, but can only cast one spell per turn.

Fable of the Mirror Breaker [NEO] Air Bubbles

Air got trapped between the foil layer and the front of the card! There were multiple Foil Rares like this at my local game store, though I only ended up buying two of them.

Magic: the Gathering card Hooting Mandrills from Dragons of Tarkir. 5G. Creature - Ape. 4/4. Trample, Delve. Flavor text: Interlopers on Sultai territory usually end up as crocodile chum or baboon bait. This card is heavily miscut to the left, with cyan, magenta, yellow, and black color bars showing where the next card normally would be.

Magic: the Gathering card back. This card is heavily miscut to the right, with a white line separating the card back from the next black card border.

Hooting Mandrills [DTK] Miscut Sheet Edge

Miscut cards at the edge of the sheet sometimes reveal color bars! Most of the ones I've seen show up on the back, so I had to pick this one up.

Hammerhead Shark [STH] Test Print

There are currently 39 known Stronghold commons with SPECIMEN backs. They were found in Chinese 5th Edition packs, and are assumed to be Stronghold Test Prints!
