Fucking death-house design was unable to conceive of the existence of Chinook weather. Hard to feel bad for whichever idiot gets scammed into buying that place.

I have a well-paying job, and that's still not enough to buy the home I rent (and love)- the housing market isn't for us. It belongs to companies/corporations that will tear down every single-family house they can.
