Thank you. My streak originally ran from day one of the 1st gen Watch 2015 but an Apple so called genius accidentally deleted all the data from my first two Watches in 2017 when I was having issues switching to the Series 3. Itβs addictive when youβre on a long streak π

Todays treadmill run with second Apple Watch Ultra 2 after resetting the fitness calibration on both and recalibrating using my local outdoor running track. Massive improvement on accuracy with both of them. Treadmill showed a distance of 1.716 miles.

Decided to reset the fitness calibration data on both my Apple Watch Ultra 2βs and recalibrated using my local outdoor running track. Treadmill today showed 2.207 on my run with Ultra 2 number one, will do exact same treadmill run tomorrow and hopefully get similar results. π

Yeah, very pricey to fix an already pricey Apple Watch. All my Apple Watches have really accurate outdoors, my Ultra 2βs are the most accurate Iβve had. Just realised that my new treadmill is WiFi/Bluetooth connectable with speed and distance transmitted to Apple Watch so will try that and see.

The Stryd sensor is probably overkill for my needs with the dynamics I get from my Garmin devices but apparently improves indoor running accuracy with Apple Watches similar to the old Nike+ foot sensors I use to use with iPod touches and older iPhones prior to Apple Watch.

Had every Apple Watch since launch, no matter how often or how long I run outside the indoor accuracy has never been great. All Garmin have been within 200th of a mile with a fully calibrated treadmill. I use an HRM Pro Plus which does full running dynamics and improves accuracy further with Garmins

First attempt at running in over six months since my operations. Will stick to my treadmill until I have enough confidence to return to outdoor running. Considering buying a Stryd sensor as my Apple Watch Ultra 2 was out by over 2/10ths a mile compared to my Garmin Epix Pro 2 & treadmill.

I start most days with around an hour of stacked Rowing workouts, trainers make them fly by. Struggled to keep up with them to start with, now Iβm always in perfect sync right up 34spm with my Concept 2 RowErg at max drag factor. Fab way to start the day π

Started doing Apple Fitness+ Rowing on 2nd October 2023 with needing to cut back on my running. Another 72 and Iβll have completed all 312, although, they do add two workouts every Monday. At my average rate I should have done all by first week in March 2024 at the latestπ
