There was a Christian minister outside an immigrant holding facility, and they shot him (with paint balls?) in the head and then sprayed chemicals in his face.

I will never forget him making fun of a journalist with a reporter with a disability. And now this… as if the national minimum wage wasn’t already a disgracefully low amount.

Looked in a free “little library” today, outside a home with small pride flags, and found a bilingual, conservative flyer from urging people to vote school board members out, who are “indoctrinating” children with what they deem “obscene”. The library had a lot fewer books than usual, too. 😡😠😠

While I appreciate the “one prick” analogy, I think the extreme right has been working towards this for decades. I’m thinking of the Koch brothers and the Heritage Foundation, for instance. And the GOP getting into state legislatures and school boards.

I thanked the pharmacy assistant today, for all her work, especially in these crazy times (with RFK Jr). She smiled and thanked me, too! It was beautiful human moment.

And Biden’s Admin WAS helping the people! Trying to, via FEMA. The ongoing hypocrisy and irony and lying are beyond overwhelming.
