This Tuesday, 20 May, is the Day of Prayer for Survivors of Abuse in England & Wales.
This year's theme, The Empty Chair, symbolises those absent from our parishes due to the wounds of abuse. Let us pray for healing, reconciliation, and justice.

🙏🌍 As Pope Leo XIV's pontificate begins with the Mass for the Inauguration of the Petrine Ministry on Sunday, we pray for his ministry. May the Good Shepherd guide him as he carries the pallium and the fisherman’s ring, symbols of unity and apostolic mission

The Vatican has announced: the Conclave to elect the next Successor of Saint Peter begins on 7 May 2025.
135 cardinal electors will gather under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

We walked the Holy Door pilgrimage route to St. Peter’s, prayed in its sacred halls & explored St. Paul’s Outside the Walls, where we found the name of the first Bishop of Northampton!

Our Lady of Perpetual Succour: A Special Connection

In Rome, we venerated the original icon of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour at St. Alphonsus—the same image that graces our Diocesan Shrine in Great Billing, Northampton. A reminder that Mary’s care knows no borders! 🙏
