We should boycott the Conference.

The great irony being that our place is taken by a football club proven to have cheated and is part of multi-club ownership. We have done nothing wrong at all and there is no prospect of us being able to do anything wrong. Completely disproportionate and wrong.

What matters is the decision of the Tribunal that interprets their ridiculous decision

There was no solution and there was no problem to be resolved. We are not part of a multi club ownership

It had nothing to do with the business. It had to do with one person.

People still trying to link this back to anything the club could have done aren’t really getting it.

No we couldn’t comply with the rule. We didn’t know we were going to win the fa cup on 1 March and in any event we couldn’t force Textor to transfer ownership of his shares. It’s utterly ridiculous

Fair enough but I think you are being unreasonable given what Parish said in the interview yesterday (unless you disbelieve him).

As Parish says this the biggest outrage in the history of football and all our fans should be supporting the club

Exactly. They are the regulator they are required to communicate effectively. Particularly when its major rule changes. Apart from the heartbreak, it’s literally costing the club tens of millions. If Parish is right we should win on this point alone.

And we should get what we deserve for doing so

I think that’s pretty unfair. If you are a regulator making major rule changes you need to communicate that effectively. That does not mean sending an email to a Info@ address. Obviously I don’t know the extent to which there was other communication but Parish seems to be pretty clear there wasnt

You are not alone and I am sure it’s not lost on the clubs lawyers either. Forest replacing Palace in the Europa League would be a travesty of justice. The club needs to fight to hard to expose the true nature of the relationship between Textor and Marinakis

If we were getting thrown out of the Europa they would have had to have done it by now

Why would anyone have any interest in this competition? Chelsea have been crap for years. Liverpool aren’t even in it. It’s utterly ridiculous
