As someone who grew up in the 80s, I did not hear almost any of the good music released in the 80s. I will say that some of that Pop stuff did survive 'Come on Eileen' and 'Relax' are still around

That makes a lot of sense. I am speaking more from a full time employee experience where I want to try and reassure the staff working under me that I am not sitting there in stony silence. And completely agree! It is exhausting

I hate being on camera, but out of respect for people I work with I turn it on, they can read my facial expressions and body language if there are long periods of silence. That said, I completely get where you are at and wouldn't begrudge anyone refusing to use cameras
