Will (or is) Nature Communications becoming the « New » Scientific Reports, i.e. A journal initially seen as prestigious and targeted by a lot of people, which then becomes just another of these mega open access journal (of questionnable quality)? Genuine question.

We developped the idea that research directions must shift from linear causal approaches to interactionist ones and proposed research directions, with examples of suitable study designs.

With @maevaflayelle.bsky.social we published a paper aiming to pave the way to research focusing on the interplay between video game design features and dysregulated gaming patterns

That was such a blast and rewarding experience. Very demanding and complex too, started in 2022. Many thanks to all the people have contributed to one form or another to this project to make it come true, including or GM or the people who advertised the study

Multiple single-case analyses showed that most participants benefited from the intervention through a reduction in social anxiety symptoms and problematic gaming symptoms, although to varying degrees. Assertiveness and self-concepts were not improved. This is an exemple of single case analysis

In terms of feasibility, most participants completed the programme (2 of the 20 participants dropped out) and were involved in terms of participation and weekly psychometric assessments. Participants were able to attain the progressively more difficult objectives implemented in the TTRPG programme.
