I would definitely agree to a Ukrainian annexation of parts of - or entire! - Russia. Entrust the duty of civilizing of the horde to the ones who fullfill the requirements.

We had peace in Europe, with Russia, before 2022. Russia broke that peace. Now we’ll setting the stage for peace in Europe with Ukraine. Russia is free to join, as soon as it retreats to her borders, delivers war criminals, pays reparations, and stops acting as a barbarian horde.
