It’s easy to be a critic or a cheerleader. It’s harder to be a coach.

Critics concentrate on your weaknesses and attack your worst self. Cheerleaders focus on your strengths and celebrate your best self.

Coaches emphasize your potential and help you become a better version of yourself.

I don't want a government that works like a business. I want a government that works like a government. Government isn't here to return profits. It exists to make the lives of citizens better. Any govt is the largest non-profit organization that exists, and needs to be focused on serving its people
