@ryanpphelan.bsky.social, this is great advice. When I got my first senior leadership role reporting to the detail oriented CEO. I had a binder to answer the key questions with me at all times. It saved my skin more than once while colleagues flamed out because they did not keep the details to hand.

Far be it from me to disagree with such a luminary, but I have always thought this best practice advice too binary. Instead of not using an all image email, make sure that you can get your message across without the image with table art and a very well written image alt tag.

I have to say I was a little disappointed in this guide. What kind of “Holiday Survival Guide” does not mention steak night and a good red wine? 😏

In all seriousness, this make a great checklist. Print it out. Keep it handy. Refer to it often. Don’t eat too much turkey. 🦃
