So bags are marked upon arrival and ramp agents would pull the bags and grab the dope

They did this shit for years!!

Flight attendant could carry the bag to any other damn city to drop off
Manager could place the dope anywhere in any bag that's being handled below as well

The person with the buddy pass would gain access to the terminal and grab his shipment and go back to the city lol
