District 8 held an empty chair town hall with Gabe Evans cardboard likeness in attendance. 323 constituents packed a church sanctuary that seats 190. There are ongoing protests in front of Evans' Northglenn office every Friday at noon. Nobody has seen hide nor hair of Evans since his election.
