Also I will be taking a break from content once the Side Order Soul Link wraps up later this month, so I can focus on my studies and my improvement journey, while being there for my friends.

I apologize for the lack of being around this weekend. I’ve spent time doing lots of self reflection and I am now working on self improvement, I am going to do better as a person.

The ending to this game was really amazing, I had a mix of emotions between the final boss and the ending sequence. You'll see for yourself once you get to it.

We still got about 4 1/2 months left of the year, so there's still time for something to come close to making it a 3-way battle for GotY.

I give DK Bananza a 10/10.

And trust me, DO NOT SPOIL this game. You WILL regret it if you look up spoilers to this game before your experience. Please! Please! PLEASE!!!!!

This game is up there as a runner for my Game of the Year alongside Expedition 33. I have put 40 hours into this game and collected every single Bananium (before postgame), and I see me putting even more hours to get the rest. (7/7)

The action to this game is also superb, much like I said before, the controls feel very smooth. And I would recommend this game to anybody that likes 3D Platformers, and I'm not much of a DK fan, but I really enjoyed my time with this game. (6/7)

The music is also amazing, especially the Bananza transformations and most of the boss themes, especially the final few bosses. I did not expect a DK Game to have such an amazing soundtrack and it is a love letter to the DK series thus far, which I really appreciate. (5/7)

Which gave me more of a reason to go for 100% (aside from postgame), to power up DK and Pauline. I finished the game with nearly 700 bananium gems. (4/7)

and the the bananas are very hidden, compared to Mario Odyssey, the main collectibles serve a purpose other than story progression. With every 5 bananas you collect, you acquire skill points which allow you to learn new skills and upgrade existing abilities to do better navigation and combat (3/7)

DK controls very smoothly, and the controls feel very simple from your punches, to DK's various abilites, and even the camera. This game honestly shows what the Switch 2 is capable of, and I really love it for that. The enviornments in each layer are also very well detailed... (2/7)

DK Bananza is a open 3D Action/platformer, much like Super Mario Odyssey (as it should, as the two games shared the same development team), and features a more linear story compared to the Odyssey from 8 years ago. I consider this as the first legit experience for the Switch 2. (1/7)

I have finished DK Bananza, and I was veyr pleasantly surprised with my experience. This is one of the best Nintendo games I have played in Years! Full Review in Thread
