Yes I did. I took it from my balcony with my phone. The sun has moved a little too far south now to get sunrises from that location but I will soon be able to get the sun rising over Lake Ontario, a 15 minute drive away.

My apologies for posting a photo of Bled Castle twice within 9 days. These late nights watching the Toronto Blue Jays have caught up with me. 😃⚾

There are two small waterfalls at the bottom of the Martuljek gorge where the water flows under the road. There are trees on both sides of the stream.

The castle is perched on top of a sheer cliff. There are trees and shrubs around the castle, on the side of the cliff. All of the wings of the castle have an orange tile roof, including the turret.

At first glance, I thought that the church was flooded. I certainly did pause for thought! Great photo, Guy.

This photo was taken from my balcony. Above the city lights the sun is almost at the horizon. The clouds around the sun are golden in colour and above them the sky is still blue with white whispy clouds.
