If you saw a kid being abducted, would you just stand by and watch?

Why does it always say "don't interfere"? If I see someone being abducted by an unidentified person who does nothing to show their official status beside "say" so, I'm gonna call someone or wade in (hopefully with the help/support of others around me).

ICE should have to present ID just like a police officer is required to do. Without badges, you have no idea if they are actually ICE agents or bad actors impersonating them. (Either one is equally horrible.)
