A black Tabaxi discovered, unconscious, in the heart of a raging windstorm atop a lonely hill. When the tempest subsided, a white tower stood where he had lain. With no memory of his past, he was given the name "Found-in-the-Wind." As he journeyed with his companions, through the portals in the tower, they noticed a strange connection between him and the mythic beasts they encountered. Whenever his gaze met one of these creatures, both would freeze, locked in silent confrontation. Upon their defeat, the monsters dissolved into an essence that he absorbed—unknowingly growing another tail each time. Reality itself seemed to shift around this phenomenon, rewriting memories so that none noticed the change. He always had two tails... no, four... Until one sharp-eyed ally saw through the illusion.

Truth is "Found-in-the-Wind" is actually the forgotten god of the sixteen winds, Witturrun. His power was scattered across the land, sealed within sixteen mythic horrors. Though he remembers nothing of his divine past, the echoes of his nature remain. Now aware of his identity, he has learned to conceal his growing tails (Good thing too as he's up to ten tails now) as he walks the path to reclaim what was lost.

Deres loves books and acquiring new knowledge; a proper bookworm; if you will. His mother is the local librarian and scribe, and his father is a former traveling bard. Deres is technically a bard himself, but to his father’s chagrin, he has no musical talent. Instead, he channels his creativity through calligraphy and sketching. He has unironically used the phrase “Um, actually…” more times than I’d care to admit. You can thank his mom for the ruffles. He tends to be a bit of a coward when it comes to fighting monsters or breaking rules; especially if he thinks they’ll get caught; but lately, he’s been growing bolder and mouthier with the adults.

Recently, he got in trouble for asking too many questions of the town’s tyrannical mayor. After punishing the party for venturing into the red zone, the mayor decided to allow them to form a kind of neighborhood watch and take on quests. Deres’ defense? “My mom taught me to always read the fine print, and my dad taught me to always get paid up front!”

This is Deres. He’s currently twelve (the other image shows him at ten). He’s my character in a D&D mini-campaign where the party ages and levels up every few sessions while unraveling the mysteries of their hometown!

This is Deres. He's currently 12. (He's a character in a mini-campaign I'm in where the characters started at age 10 and between each session get a level up and age 2 years.) He's a Scribe and Historian, as his mother is the village Librarian. His dad is a Bard. (He's mechanically a bard but He's musically talentless so he uses calligraphy and rune-flavored descriptions.) He's an absolute coward in combat. But is quickly becoming the most outspoken of the group against the adults' bullcrap. Momma taught him to always read the contract. Papa taught him to always get paid half upfront. He has most definitely said: "Um, actually..." before.

This is Found-in-the-Wind, or Wind for short. He's an amnesiac Tabaxi who was found unconscious in the middle of a windstorm. He is very sweet and wants everyone to be happy. He's VERY fast and seems to have strange powers that just kind of happen sometimes.

This is Liandris a Drow who was abducted by a Necromancer when he was young. He lived most of his life as a thrall until one day the Necromancer lost concentration enough for him to break free and escape. He took the corpse of another young thrall with him, feeling guilty about not being able to save the boy. He raised him from the dead and looked after him as a little brother. Until outside forces got involved. He's inexperienced with the world. He's a male so he's treated poorly in the Underdark, and he's a drow, so he experiences prejudice in the overworld.

This is Corcheal. Prince of the Moruadhe. An alien Mermaid-like people. He started as an ambassador but quickly found himself in the midst of interstellar conflict. He specializes in Arcanoholographic technologies. Using Magic and Science to create advanced systems and weaponry.
