This drama has caused safety threats that affect real people. What exactly are you all trying to fight and is it worth this?

If Beta has actually hurt someone, then show me proof and I'll change my opinion of the situation.

This falls into the exact same behavior that outcasted and bullied people from the start.

If it's not your thing, that's totally fine. Here's a solution: Leave it alone.

But we as a community cannot and should not ostracize others based on kinks.

But because there's a specific kink we don't like; we assume, "gate-keep", condemn, harass, and threaten people? In the same open community?

That's unfair.

Normally I try to stay positive, but hearing this saddens me a lot.

The furry community should be a place of expression and freedom, and many in the fandom come from a background of being an outcast or bullied because of what they like. Countless folks in the community have a kink to explore.

Our collective imagination is the greatest asset we have in self-expression. If we punish ideas of kink or sexuality, then we, as a group, lose the war for individual creativity. Stay weird, stay kinky.

(And keep having fantasies about mascots doing transcendentally kinky things to you)

If you're a member of the furry fandom who uses your platform to incite bullying and harassment towards other furries who have innocuous kinks and lifestyles-

Leave the fandom.

Get out.

You're a fascistic puritan and your presence in the fandom harms the rest of us. Be toxic elsewhere.
