Ahhh for TBSE-X I haven't looked at the model, on base TBSE they're not modeled whatsoever so you can fix it w textures! Looking at the torso from the side should reveal which it is!

There are some texture edits that help w smoothness!! I've done some franken-textures between base textures, an older mod called TBSE noodles, and the TBSE SBTL smoother skin options!
